What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product line: hybrid inverters and many lithium batteries start from 1 piece, complete residential solar kits from 1 set, and solar panels are typically quoted by pallet or container load (for example 13,650 W or 17,280 W). Mixed orders combining panels, inverters and batteries are accepted.

Which payment methods and Incoterms do you accept?

We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, Western Union, MoneyGram, credit card, PayPal and cash. Supported delivery terms are FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW.

Do you offer OEM and customized solar systems?

Yes. OEM service is offered, along with sample-based, design-based and full customization. Our engineers size complete systems around your load profile, grid type and target autonomy.

Are your hybrid inverters compatible with your LiFePO4 batteries?

Our 51.2V LiFePO4 batteries support CAN communication for closed-loop operation with mainstream hybrid inverters such as Deye and Solis. Compatibility lists are supplied with each quotation.

How is the supplier verified?

Our operations have passed an on-site supplier assessment by TÜV Rheinland, and products carry CE marking. Model-specific test reports and datasheets are available on request.
